I recently ordered a Baltic Amber Teething Necklace from Inspired by Finn. Teething necklaces are not meant to be chewed on! They are made for children to wear to relieve pain and inflammation due to teething. Adults have also found that it helps with headaches and indigestion. They have been sold in European pharmacies for quite some time, but I hadn't heard of them until recently.
I must admit I was skeptical, but after doing some research about the therapeutic benefits of succinic acid and reading other people's experiences, I thought I'd give it a try. Well, after the second day of wearing her necklace, my baby girl stopped the constant drooling and sucking on her hands!
In honor of Mother's Day I have partnered with Inspired by Finn to give away a Baltic Amber Teething Necklace so you can try it for yourself!
The winner can select anything 16 inches or SMALLER that is in stock. You may choose a child or adult necklace. Even if you don't win, you can use the discount code BLOG68 at checkout to receive a 20% discount on anything in the Inspired by Finn store.

Noah started heavily drooling at 4.5 months of age, and I was convinced he had started pre-teething. Of course, the pediatrician said that most likely that wasn't it because he was too young, but I instinctively knew he was. After months of intense anxiety, fretful evenings (he wakes from 5 to 6 times a night) with his obvious discomfort very painful to watch, countless tablets of Hyland's Teething tablets, the continuous search for a homeopathic soothing remedy, and finally reading your post, I've decided to give the amber teething necklace a try. I usually do not follow the frantic call of mass consumption due to the hype a certain item may falsely ascribe to, but in this case, and because it may immensely help Noah, I hope we are both (Noah and I) fortuitous in the draw. Thanks for the Post Hansa (for some reason reading your post made me realize this necklace is something worth trying...Noaris).
ReplyDeleteMy little guy seems to have a rough time with teeth. I'm willing to try anything that might help.
ReplyDeleteMy little girl would sure love to give an amber necklace a try...and we'd all be happy if it worked! I always feel so bad for little ones when they're teething!
ReplyDeleteI have a 6 month old little boy who has been drooling, sucking on anything he can get his hands on for 3 months now, still no teeth. He's very uncomfortable, is getting a rash on his chin from all the drool and I've tried hyland's teething tablets but they don't seem to provide him with any relief. I don't want to resort to tylenol and would love to give one of these necklaces a try as I know we have a long way to go with teething :)
ReplyDeleteluna, at 5 months (tomorrow) has begun the teething process. what's not to love about a solution that eases the pain, and is pretty to boot? thanks for the opportunity!
